Sesame Chicken Kebabs

Preparation: 10 minutes
Marinating: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
500g Inghams skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 green onions, cut into 4cm lengths

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon each; cinnamon, ground coriander and cumin

1 cup couscous

4 chicken breast filets
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 cup (50g) button mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
