4 ripe avocados (10 oz/300 g each)
1/4 cup (60 ml) sweetened condensed milk, cream or evaporated milk
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
3 cups ice cubes
Cocoa powder or chocolate syrup (optional)
