Cherry, Peach and Pear

A pale, pinky-orange colour, sweet-tasting, and thick-ish in texture. Has strong alkaline content, and is a good cleanser and diuretic.

A deep-purple juice with a rich, tart, tangy taste. A strong antioxidant and cleanser.

Makes approx. 300ml./ 1/2 pint
175g./6 oz. blackcurrants
2 apples
1 tsp. honey (optional)

Mango and Peach

A golden-orange colour with flecks of red; very thick and creamy in texture. You will probably need to dilute this one, or else serve it with a spoon! A good vitality-boosting drink.
