Meatloaf with Veggie

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 1/4 pound ground beef
* 1 shredded carrot (if it’s a small one, I use 2 carrots)
* parsley, to taste
* salt, pepper, to taste
* paprika, to taste
* fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
* 1 egg
* a little bit of Worchestershire sauce
* some ketchup if it’s on the dry side (maybe 2 tablespoons)
* beef bouillion (1 cube or 1 teaspoon)
* an onion, in rings on top
* Occasionally cheese
* Occasionally I chopped up a potato and throw that in with the meat
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients; bake at 350 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour. - Aubra
