Pakistani Kima

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
The Prepare:
- In skillet cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned; pour off fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except coconut and rice.
- Cover, simmer 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve with bread or capati and even with rice.
- I prefer capati because Kima will taste much better with Capati!
