Pakistani Kima

Ingredients:

The Prepare:

  1. In skillet cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned; pour off fat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except coconut and rice.
  3. Cover, simmer 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve with bread or capati and even with rice.
  5. I prefer capati because Kima will taste much better with Capati!  ;)
