Which colour is in your food?

Red: Tomato, watermelon or any kind of food which is red containing lycopene could protect us from blood cancer, intestinal cancer. It is very good for liver and our skin.

Orange: Food which containing Beta-Carotene like carrot is very good to neutralise those extra acid in our blood. Furthermore it helps in increasing our level of patience in ourselves.

Yellowish-Orange: Orange, lime, peach, pineapple helps to protect our cell which is effective or on the contrary it breaks our blood cells if there’s too much appeared in our body.

Greenish-Orange: Spinach, cabbage, green bean, corn containing which helps to protect our sense of sight.

Greenish-white: Garlic, onion, chive, onion leaf which contain equal sulphur could protect the DNA and next the asparagus, bean, celery containing antioxygen flavanoid which protects the cell membrane.

Green: Green vegetables containing isothiocyanate sulforaphane, indola crystal which act as an anticancer is very effective because it could increase the contents of oxygen in our blood.
